进口许可证申办资料
1 、初次办时，须提供单位介绍信、办人员身份证明在我办进行备案；如需委托他人代办进口手续，请出具正式书面委托书并列明授权范围。
2 、进口旧设备、或 10 万美元以上设备时需提供申请报告，并详细说明情况；
3 、《机电产品进口申请表》；
4 、加盖工商部门复印专用章的营业执照；
5 、《进出口经营资格证书》（复印件）；
6 、单机进口超过 10 万美元以上的新设备须提供验资报告；
7 、进口属免税设备时，提供项目主管部门批复；
8 、属于委托代理进口的设备，需提供委托人与进口经营者签订的代理进口协议；
9 、外经贸部规定的其他需提交的资料；
